2BNmedia (Licensed Dealer No. 021533518, 97/35 Allenby Road, Haifa 3330504, Israel) provides development, systems, automation and digital marketing services to business and private clients, for a one-time payment or as a recurring subscription through the /pay payment page (processed and secured by Tranzila).
The statutory right of cancellation described in Section 3 below, under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, applies to a consumer as defined in that law — a person who purchases a service mainly for personal, household or family use. In most of 2BNmedia's engagements the client is a business purchasing a service for its business needs; such an engagement is governed by Section 4 below (cancellation under the individual agreement), not by the Consumer Protection Law. Where a client is a private individual purchasing a service for personal use, the statutory right of cancellation also applies, without derogating from any terms of the specific agreement that are more favorable to them.
You may give written notice of cancellation in any of the following ways: by email to 2bnmedia@gmail.com, by phone at +972 52-692-2233 / +972 54-989-2222, or by WhatsApp message to the same numbers. Please include your full name, the details of the engagement or order (invoice/receipt number, if available), and the date and method of payment. The Company will confirm receipt of your notice within a reasonable time.
Subject to Section 1 above, a private client may cancel a transaction made remotely (through the website, by phone or via WhatsApp) within 14 days of the date of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure details required by law, whichever is later — provided that the cancellation is made before the service has been fully delivered. A client who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65 or over) or a new immigrant (within 5 years of immigrating to Israel) may cancel a transaction that involved a conversation between them and the Company (including a conversation by electronic means) within 4 months, upon presenting a certificate attesting to this.
If, with the client's consent, the service has already begun before the end of the 14 days, the Company may charge a proportional amount only for the service actually provided up to the date of cancellation, and the balance will be refunded to the client. If the cancellation is not due to a defect in the service or a breach by the Company, the Company may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower. If the cancellation is due to a defect, nonconformity or breach by the Company, no cancellation fee will be charged and the full amount paid will be refunded.
A refund for a lawful cancellation will be made to the payment method that was charged, within 14 days of receiving the notice of cancellation, including the cancellation of any future charge not yet made.
The scope of work, timelines, milestones, advance payment (if required) and the specific cancellation and refund terms for a development project, system or custom service are set individually in the price quote or work agreement with each client, as they vary significantly from project to project. The individual agreement prevails over the general rules below.
As a general rule, and unless otherwise agreed in writing: cancellation before work has actually begun entitles the client to a full refund of any amount paid in advance and not yet used; cancellation after work has begun entitles the client to a refund less the value of the work actually performed up to the date of cancellation, based on records of hours or completed stages. This rule does not derogate from the statutory right of cancellation that applies to a private client under Section 3.
A recurring subscription (a credit card standing order) opened on the /pay page may be cancelled at any time, in any of the ways listed in Section 2. In accordance with Section 13D of the Consumer Protection Law, the Company will stop the charges within 3 business days of receiving the notice of cancellation and will send the client a confirmation of the cancellation. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the client to a refund for service periods already provided, unless the charge was made in error or without the client's consent, in which case it will be refunded in full. Any charge made after the transaction has ended as described above will be refunded in full.
The Company may stop providing a service or cancel an engagement in the event of non-payment, a material breach of terms by the client, or circumstances beyond its control that prevent it from continuing to provide the service. In such a case, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and any refund for service not provided will be settled with the client according to the circumstances and the law.
